Detroit Lions Injury Watch: Chris Houston, Louis Delmas Still in Doubt

The could be without a couple of key players in the secondary when they open the 2012 NFL season against the St. Louis Rams on Sunday. A check on the latest Lions injury news:

• Starting cornerback , who injured his ankle during the preseason, and starting safety , who has been dealing with a knee issue throughout training camp, both sat out practice on Monday. The Lions are hopeful that both can go on Sunday, but they’re preparing as if neither player will be ready. —
