As the NHL was announcing the cancellation of regular-season games through Oct. 24, Detroit Red Wings forward Pavel Datsyuk was in action for his KHL team, CSKA Moscow, against Spartak.
Datsyuk scored both goals in a 2-1 CSKA victory, including the game-winner in overtime (with Alexander Radulov getting an assist).
